RAD - Owned
Portal

This portal may be use to apply for RAD Multi-Family, and Locally Owned Non-Assisted Programs.  Also, after being determined eligible you will be able to check the status of your application.

HCV-Section 8 Portal
 

 This portal may be used to apply for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, Project Based Voucher Program (East Oaks & Verandah) .  After your application is submitted successfully, you will receive an email  notification documenting that your application has been received.

Landlord Portal

After registering, landlords will be allowed to see their year-to-date amounts paid for the calendar year.

Tenant Portal

This portal allows tenants, and HCV participants to create an account by registering.  After registering, you will receive an email from our staff when it is time to complete your Annual Recertification on line.  For any changes that require Interim Recertification, please contact your case manager for link to submit the documentations to be uploaded.
