The Housing Authority of the City of Americus is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time posThe Housing Authority of the City of Americus is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Occupancy Specialist-Voucher. This is a full-time administrative position involves administrative and general clerical work which includes the processing of applications and issuing vouchers for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Education and experience requirements include graduation from high school or GED equivalent, knowledge of computers and MS Office products, responsible public contact work, organization skills, and the ability to work well with people. Applicants must have a valid class C or better driver’s license and have a driver’s record with no major violations. Starting salary $19.21 at 40 Hours weekly.
